We are a specialist company dedicated to providing our customers with insurance products to suit their needs. Our policies are underwritten by a number of insurers and we also have Lloyd’s of London cover holder status. We pride ourselves on offering an excellent service to customers and being able to offer products we believe to be genuinely helpful & innovative.
When you deal with us at Assetsure, you will find us friendly, knowledgeable and transparent in all of our dealings. We believe in offering an excellent service, we employ the latest technologies to enable us to deliver our products in a timely fashion and are often called upon to deliver policies with a minimum amount of notice.
Assetsure Ethos
We wish to provide all of our customers with value for money products and an excellent service. In most cases, we are able to deal with enquiries on the same day that we receive them. Customers may call us on the telephone or email us, both will be dealt with promptly. We also believe that we should be open for business at times that are convenient for our customers, thus we are open from 8.30am in the mornings until 7.00pm in the evenings and also on Saturdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm. (We are closed on Sundays) We are an ethical company and take our data protection responsibilities seriously.
Quality of Service
It’s very difficult to define what is a good service but most customers know when they are or are not receiving it. We set our standards very high and use an independent company Trustpilot to provide independent views regarding our service. All reviews supplied via Trustpilot are genuine from persons that have experienced our service. We cannot alter these reviews in any way but we do have the right of reply.
