We are able to cover the small, one man band type business through to the much large operations with many employees. Policies can be rated on the turnover of the business. The policy is thus flexible to include a business that may experience certain times of the year that are busier than others. We can now provide quotations for business that have a turn over of in excess of £5,000,000. We include £10,000,000 for employer’s liability insurance and £5,000,000 in respect of [Public Liability](https://www.assetsure.com/business/public-liability-insurance/ "Public Liability Insurance") as standard. What ever type of contractor you are, please ask us for a quotation, we can accommodate a wide range of trade’s, both high and low risks, our comprehensive policy wording includes Efficacy and Wrongful Advice as standard. There is no limit on the number of employees you have. ## Public Liability Cover is provided up to £5,000,000, provided that such an action for damages is brought against you within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. The insurers will cover you against legal liability for damages and reasonable costs and expenses arising in respect of Accidental Bodily Injury to any person or for Accidental loss of or damage to Property or any liability arising out of or in connection with any breach of professional duty or any advice, design or specification or arising out of the failure of you to carry out the duties for which you have been contracted to perform, separately for a fee and occurring during the Period of Insurance. (Within the Territory in connection with the Business) We will require to know the types of work you carry out and if you undertake any work outside of the united Kingdom. ## Employers Liability This section of the policy provides cover for you, for up to £10,000,000 against legal liability for damages and reasonable costs and expenses in respect of Accidental Bodily Injury caused during the Period of Insurance and sustained by any Employee arising out of and in the course of his / her employment or engagement by you. (Provided that such an action for damages is brought against the Insured within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). As well as these contractors’ liability insurance covers, we are also able to arrange a range of business insurance policies for you. This would include your tools of the trade, stock & business equipment. This cover would be written on separate contact wording and would provide all risks insurance cover. One advantage of this, is that in the event of a claim, your no claims bonus would not be affected on your liability insurance policy and visa versa. We can accept premium by cheque, debit & credit card or monthly direct debit.
